We hired Service First on June 6, 2018 to replace our roof, fence, and gutters. He did not complete our fence and after a year and the City started sending notices and posting warnings on our front door. We gave the City his name and number and he finally replaced our fence after kicking the can as much as he could. The fence is a total hack job. It is a full foot off the ground in certain places, crooked, warped boards, nails sticking out, gates don't close properly, etc. He didn't complete our roof until 21 months after we paid him to do the work and ONLY because I posted a comment online about the fact he hadn't done the work. He tried to cut corners by not removing the felt and checking the decking. He hired the roofers the night before on Facebook and now they are harassing us because he hasn't paid them. Now he is refusing to replace our gutters even though it is part of our insurance claim. He had "offered" to call our insurance and impersonate my husband to request an extension. He has screamed at me, cussed me out, and has done this to EVERYONE I referred to him. I have lost friends and have strained family relationships as a result of his unethical behavior. His MO is to not finish jobs claiming the customer "threatened" him. His previous company, Regency Roofing, closed it's doors because he embezzled money. He always has an excuse.
